we play in 4 orchestras, one chamber group, and two quartets and we’ve been doing that for about 5 years so we are constantly reading. plus we perform duets together and are always playing through material. i think reading is a skill that is built by putting time in…and we definately have put in the hours. i hope you’re right about the conservatories. sometimes i think its the impossible dream : /

Who is playing this? Lol, who is older? I forgot. Ha ha! You two are amazing! What years were you two born? For you both to have come so far and to have the sigh reading skills, kids in my college would die for! Any music conservatory would fight to the death to have both of you in the orchestra. I’m not just gushing. Its difficult to be objective when you guys are as good as you are!
