How old is the best age or time for a child to start violin lesson?
Thanks

It depends on the teacher you chose. Good Suzuki teachers with well-established studios, which offer both private and group lessons, will start children at age four. Traditional teachers usually start around seven years of age.

And then you have the "eclectic" teacher who may use Suzuki books and philosophy, but isn’t strictly Suzuki trained, or who does not entirely agree with the Suzuki principles; they may start children at five or six.

Beyond that age, anyone can study violin, at any age.
