@violinstudy you …
@violinstudy you can use the same cloth just not the same area. youre totally right tho about the rosin wearing down the varnish. thank god she isnt smart enough to know about violin polish for the violin and rubbing alcohol for the strings, cause she would have sounded 10x stupider if she told us to do both of those with the same cloth

DO NOT wipe the …
DO NOT wipe the surface of your violin with the same cloth that you just used on the strings like this woman demonstrates. Doing so will take that rosin you just got off your strings and rub it into the varnish which will eventually wear it away and severely damage the top of your instrument.

Ok this lady doesnt …
Ok this lady doesnt look like she even plays a violin let alone know what one is.
Ok Anybody can figure out the case.
Step 1. Wipe off all rosin (under finger board, strings, over finger board, under bridge and tailpiece, )with a cloth THAT DOESNT SHED.
2. then wipe off fingerprints and ect..
3. Untighten your bow not all the way but close, this will save you alot of money later.
4. Wipe off your bow of rosin.
5. put it in the case.
If you follow this lady’s advice you are returded!
