I have an assortment of practice books to help but still find sight reading a pain when it comes to position changing.
You need to practice each position 1 at a time. practice 3rd position til you know it well , then practice changing from 1st to 3rd and back. then work on another position and do the same til you know them all.

If u try hard but u dont get results then perhaps u should change your teacher.Teachers are for solving this type of problems.Maybe your teacher is not fit for u.In music every individual student must have a personal approach from the teacher who gives focus on the weak spots of the student and helps.Maybe u have a Teacher who is great musician and great person but he dont practise this method so u wont go very far with him.I talk from experience since a had to change 3 teachers until i found the one who was right for me
