For me it;s the Tchaikovsky violin concerto.

The Tchaikovsky is not a "Classical Violin Concerto" it is Romantic.

If you are talking strictly Classical, it is between Mozart 4 & 5 and the Beethoven.

If however, you are also including Romantic Violin Concerti, I would plump for the Sibelius.
